The Mission Of The
Blue & White Directory
The Blue and White Directory was born out of the desire to bring our Zeta Phi Beta Sorority sisters and Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity brothers closer together. It started out as just a group on Facebook, which grew from 50 people, to 1000 people, to well over 15,000 members. This group has helped us to connect with brothers and sisters in different areas hundreds of miles away, whether we're driving through unfamiliar cities or settling into new states. This allows us to develop strong connections with chapters and members we would not have
been able to otherwise.

Over the years, the Blue and White Directory has evolved from simply meeting up for fun to wholeheartedly supporting one other in the pursuits that are important to us. From vibrant luncheons to glittering beauty pageants to enlightening business seminars to thrilling book launches, we are able to support our Phamily in all endeavors.
Our mission is clear - to create a space for members to share their stories, inform one another about local chapter news, and unveil upcoming Blue and White events long before they reach the public eye. But we don't stop there. We also promote innovation and networking, offering a stage for sharing your expertise, providing business strategies and techniques, relationship-building advice and more, all aimed at breaking the invisible barriers that sometimes come between us.
